Welded Mesh Gabions

The mesh panels are prefabricated and folded at the factory. Upon arrival on site, they only need to be assembled using specialized connectors for stone filling. The entire process eliminates welding or cutting operations, significantly lowering the on-site construction threshold.

Due to the rigid fixation achieved by welded joints, the lateral deformation of the gabion body can be controlled within 2%. The overall structure can adapt to uneven foundation settlement while maintaining good continuity without breakage.

The welded gabion mesh is loaded using a compression bundling method, reducing the packaged volume by 50%. For example, a single 20-foot container can hold approximately 1200 square meters, effectively optimizing logistics loading rates and reducing transportation costs.

Adjacent gabion bodies are tightly connected by binding wire or C-shaped fasteners, giving the entire protective system excellent flexibility and elongation, allowing it to adapt to the undulations and bends of complex terrain or adjust angles in sections.

Utilizing a double-layer composite protective process of Galfan coating and outer PVC coating. No red rust appeared after 3000 hours of neutral salt spray testing, demonstrating its suitability for high-salt and high-humidity coastal and intertidal environments.

Welded Mesh Gabions are fully wrapped in vapor phase corrosion inhibitor (VCI) film and reinforced with high-strength corrugated cardboard corner protectors. The outer layer is secured with steel straps in a cross-shaped high-pressure binding to ensure no friction or damage during long-distance sea transport and transshipment.

Each bundle is affixed with a waterproof label indicating specifications, quantity, batch number, customer, and destination for easy on-site counting and distribution upon arrival.

Loading diagrams are provided based on the internal dimensions of 20ft/40ft containers to strictly control overloading and off-center loading. The standard loading capacity for a 20ft standard container is 1100-1300 square meters.

Invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin (CO/Form E), and material testing reports in both Chinese and English are provided with the goods, all conforming to customs clearance standards.

For long-distance sea transport or multi-port transshipment orders, internationally fumigated wooden pallets, fully enclosed stretch film, and container-specific desiccants are provided as needed.
