When steel wire arrives at our facility we test it away. If it doesn't meet our standards we reject it. Send it back. We only use materials for the PVC coating to prevent aging and cracking.
In-Process Monitoring
We check the production line regularly. We monitor mesh dimensions, weld strength and coating thickness in time. This way we can make adjustments if needed. We reinforce the perimeter wires. Add internal diaphragms to prevent deformation.
Final Inspection
We have an eight-step inspection process. We check tensile strength, salt spray resistance and coating thickness. Each batch comes with an inspection report. We welcome on-site inspections by third-party agencies. Each product has a batch number for full traceability.
