We strictly adhere to your design specifications and technical requirements-precisely matching everything from critical parameters (such as mesh aperture and wire gauge) and anti-corrosion treatments (such as Galfan or PVC coating) to specific packaging, shipping, and project scheduling-to ensure optimal project quality and timely completion.

1. Requirement Consultation → Client provides drawings, technical parameters, or samples; we assess feasibility.

2. Plan Confirmation → We provide specifications, CAD sketches, and quotations; both parties confirm technical details.

3. Sample Verification → Physical samples are shipped within 10–15 working days; test reports can be included.

4. Mass Production → Production begins after sample approval; standard custom orders ship within 10–15 days.

5. Inspection & Shipment → Client or third-party factory inspections are supported; goods are packaged and shipped upon approval.

Mesh Size: Selectable within the 50×50mm to 150×150mm range (not limited to standard sizes).
Wire Diameter: Mesh wire 2.0–6.0mm; edge wire 0.5–1.5mm thicker than mesh wire; stiffening wire ≥5.0mm.
Box Dimensions: Length 1–6m, Width 0.5–2m, Height 0.3–2m; non-standard sizes available.
Special Shapes: Design and production of irregular shapes such as trapezoidal, fan-shaped, cylindrical, and L-shaped corner units.

Packaging Methods: Options include compressed bundling, pallet reinforcement, full stretch-wrap coverage, inclusion of desiccants, etc.
Labeling Requirements: Customizable shipping marks and label content (Chinese/English, logos, batch numbers, etc.).
Staggered Shipments: Supplies delivered in batches according to construction progress to reduce on-site storage pressure.
