It is located in Xiyaocheng Village, Anping County, Hebei Province, known as the "Hometown of Wire Mesh in China." The company specializes in the research, development, production, and global supply of gabion mesh for river bank protection and water conservancy projects. Occupying a modern production base covering over 50,000 square meters, the company is equipped with a fully automated production machinery workshop, an environmentally friendly coating production line, and a national-standard testing laboratory. The company produces 100,000 square meters of gabion mesh daily, serving water conservancy infrastructure and ecological management projects in over 30 countries worldwide.

 

In terms of production capacity and product portfolio, Lixin Metal boasts a modern production base covering 20,000 square meters, equipped with advanced equipment such as fully automated mesh weaving machines and welded mesh production lines, resulting in an annual production capacity exceeding 5 million square meters. The company's product line encompasses six series and over 200 specifications, including: galvanized gabion mesh (minimum order price: 4 RMB/square meter, minimum order: 100 square meters), PVC-coated gabion mesh, Reno mats, reinforced gabion mesh, welded gabion boxes, and various sizes of eco-friendly green mesh. These products, with their strong corrosion resistance, durability, and rust resistance, are widely used in domestic water conservancy and hydropower, transportation construction, and municipal engineering fields.

Fully Automatic Hexagonal Wire Mesh Weaving Machine: Utilizing imported CNC weaving machines, this machine precisely controls mesh size (60×80mm to 120×150mm) with an error of less than ±3%, adapting to varying engineering load requirements. Double-Coating Anti-Corrosion Production Line: Equipped with hot-dip galvanizing (zinc coating thickness ≥ 250g/㎡) and PVC coating (thickness 0.5-1.0mm), this product ensures a corrosion resistance lifespan exceeding 50 years in extreme environments such as saline-alkali soil and permafrost regions.

Laser Cutting and Welding System: Integrated gabion mesh edge reinforcement and partition welding, resulting in a structural tensile strength of 50kN/m, far exceeding the ASTM A975 international standard.

2. Lean Manufacturing Process

Strictly Selected Raw Materials: High-carbon steel wire (tensile strength 350-550MPa) or galvanized steel wire (GB/T 15393 standard) is used to ensure product mechanical properties from the source.

Process Upgrade: Unique "double-twisted hexagonal braiding technology" enhances mesh flexibility and overall stability, reducing construction damage.

Environmental Control: Dust recovery systems are installed throughout the production process, achieving a 90% wastewater recycling rate. ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification is achieved.
