Quality Control
Material control at the source
Using low-carbon steel wire with a tensile strength of 350-550MPa. Upon arrival at the factory, the zinc coating thickness (≥245g/㎡) and adhesion (no cracking during winding test) are tested; batches failing to meet standards are returned.
Process Control
During the weaving process, the mesh size (tolerance ±3mm) and the length of the double twists (≥50mm) are checked every 2 hours. Edge wires are thickened by 0.5-1.0mm, and the partition spacing is maintained every 1m. Machines are stopped for adjustment if these tolerances are exceeded.
Finished Product Control
A tensile test is performed on every 500㎡ of mesh. Each batch of Galfan coating undergoes a 2000-hour salt spray test without red rust, and a CNAS report is issued.on
Delivery Control
Each package is labeled with a batch number; scanning the code allows for tracking of raw materials, production, and quality inspection data. Test reports are provided with the goods, and SGS and BV inspections are supported. Defects are replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
