Our Welded Gabion Mesh uses a full-node welding process, where steel wires are fused together at intersections to form a rigid mesh. The mesh surface is flat, the structure is stable and does not loosen, and its corrosion resistance is more than three times higher than that of ordinary galvanized coatings. Welded Gabion Mesh is suitable for vertical retaining walls and high-load slope protection.

Stable Node Strength

Utilizing fully automated CNC node welding technology, the shear strength of a single point can reach over 70% of the base material, fundamentally eliminating the possibility of loosening and deformation of the mesh later on.

High-Precision Structure

CNC welding technology strictly controls the mesh size tolerance within ±1mm, resulting in extremely high overall mesh flatness. The assembled edges are sharp and angular, fully meeting the linear requirements of high-standard landscape retaining walls.

High Load-Bearing and Tensile Strength

According to ASTM A975 standards, the overall tensile strength of the mesh is consistently between 50 and 60 kN/m. Its excellent mechanical properties can support the construction of vertical protective retaining walls up to 5 meters high.

Long-Lasting Superior Corrosion Resistance

The surface is coated with Galfan (zinc-aluminum alloy), which shows no red rust after 3000 hours of neutral salt spray testing. Its actual corrosion resistance life is more than three times that of ordinary hot-dip galvanized layers.

Strong soil stabilization and shape control capabilities

With the strong weld points forming a rigid constraint on the filling stones, the overall lateral expansion deformation of the box body is reduced by 50% compared to traditional woven mesh.
