Production Process
1. Weaving Process
Metal wire is mechanically twisted twice in one direction to form a hexagonal mesh structure, creating a multi-twisted, hexagonal mesh. The double-twisted portion must be at least 5 cm long to protect the protective coating of the wire.
2. Structural Reinforcement
The mesh box is divided into independent cells by partitions. The edges of the panels are reinforced with larger diameter steel wire to enhance overall structural strength.
3. Processing and Forming
The mesh box is manufactured through cutting, hemming, and other processes. Flexible specifications are available and can be customized to meet project requirements.
Performance Characteristics
1. Corrosion and Aging Resistance
The PVC/PE coating effectively isolates the metal from the external environment, preventing oxidation and rust. Its service life is as long as 10-30 years, and it maintains its performance even in seawater or highly polluted environments.
2. Flexibility and Adaptability
The hexagonal mesh structure gives the material high flexibility, allowing it to adapt to changing terrain and complex conditions such as riverbed deformation and foundation settlement, while preventing the cracking of rigid structures.
