Quality Control
Raw Material Inspection
Each batch of steel wire undergoes spectral analysis and zinc coating thickness testing upon arrival at the factory. The hot-dip galvanized layer must be no less than 245g/㎡. Batches failing to meet this standard are returned.
Process Control
During the weaving process, mesh size (tolerance controlled within ±3mm) and double-twisted length (no less than 50mm) are checked every 2 hours to ensure uniform mesh size and firm twisting.
Finished Product Inspection
One mesh sheet is randomly selected from every 500㎡ for a whole-net tensile test to ensure a tensile strength ≥35kN/m; each batch of Galfan-coated products undergoes a salt spray test, requiring no red rust after 2000 hours, and a test report is provided.
Traceability Management
Each package of mesh sheets has a batch number label. Scanning the label allows access to the raw material furnace number, production date, quality inspection records, and test data. Third-party inspections by SGS, BV, and other certification bodies are supported.
